Print/Save/Email

 

You can print or save information about the current records displayed in several ways as shown in the Record Options section at the bottom of the title list, or on each individual title display screen.

Print/Save :

In the list of titles from your search:
  1. Mark the record(s) you are interested in by clicking on the white box on the left side of the screen. A checkmark displays.
  2. Click "Selected on page" or if marking records on multiple pages, click on "Selected all pages" in the Record Options section.
  3. Select the format in which you want to save the record(s) from the drop down menu. The default Full Record will include any notes, table of contents, and subject headings along with the essentials of author, title, publisher, date, location and call number; Brief Record will include only the essential information for a bibliographic citation.
  4. Click the Format for Print/Save button.
  5. After the records display, you can use your browser's print icon, or File > Save as command.

Email

If you want to email specific records you will need to:

  1. Mark the record(s) you are interested in by clicking on the white box on the left side of the screen. A checkmark displays.
  2. Click "Selected on page" or if marking records on multiple pages, click on "Selected all pages" in the Record Options section.
  3. Select the format in which you want to save the record(s) from the drop down menu. The default Full Record will include any notes, table of contents, and subject headings along with the essentials of author, title, publisher, date, location and call number; Brief Record will include only the essential information for a bibliographic citation.
  4. Type in your full email address, e.g. smithp@uwstout.edu in the box provided in the Save Options section.
  5. Click on the Email button and your record(s) will be sent to your email account.

To begin a new search, click the search button icon.
