Stout Library Catalog Buttons Glossary

Clicking the Stout Library Catalog icon returns you to the Keyword Guided search screen where you can start a new search. This appears on every page.

You can navigate through the Stout Library Catalog using the following icons.

Button	Activity
	Search UW System library catalogs.
	Start a new search. Goes back to the type of search you chose-not the default Keyword Guided Search.
	See what books you have checked out, when they're due, and if you have fines or requests. Use your 7-digit Stout ID number. [LAST 7 digits of your UW-Stout ID number]
	Enter your 7-digit Stout ID number to place a hold on an item that is checked out, or to borrow an item through Universal Borrowing. [LAST 7 digits of the number located on your StoutOne Card 001234567]
	View a list of the searches you have performed.
	Provides context help information.
	Returns you to the Library Home Page.
	Allows you to save searches and gives the option to run them on a periodic basis.
	Allows you to save bibliographic records to MyAccount, or to view records previously stored there.
	Displays the previous page.
	Displays the next page.
	Takes you to the limits screen to show your set limits.
