Brief View Display
 
  • Each item record that you retrieve will have a BRIEF VIEW display giving the bibliographic information about the item, where it is located, the call number, whether it is on the shelf or checked out and if there are any web links.
  • In addition, you can click on LONG VIEW for additional detailed notes about the item. If there is more than one record associated with the title you selected, you can view the remaining records by clicking the Previous screen button or Next screen button icons.
  • With Keyword Searches, your search terms will display in bold italic text in the record.
  • You can print, save, or email information about the records that are displayed as shown on the Print/Save/Email page.
  • To begin a new search, click the Search button icon. The Title Bar at the top of the page will display your current Stout Library Catalog location.
